The Idea

The development of Robot Guard, characters and storyline has changed throughout the years. The first incarnation was a comic book story which spanned to a 100 issue saga. This seemed vastly too long and switched to a children's story book adventure series. From the book came the idea of a computer animated feature film similar to Toy Story or Finding Nemo. The story can be developed also for television or the big screen with toys and play sets to compliment the series.

The Creator

The creator, author and illustrator, Paul C. Simpson, was born in California. His artistic background came from drawing cartoon and comic book characters to computer arts and illustrations. Paul moved to London and finished University with a BA degree in Visual Communications. His first job was in a design studio developing characters and art work for large companies. He moved into marketing and PR for such companies such as; Virgin Compaq, Yell and Motorola. Paul was then headhunted to start his own design company and become marketing director for a UK online retailer. His dream is to use his vast talents for the Robot Guard series and bring the character to life and to the world!
